Parking passes must be purchased from Security upon arrival, and are $25 (effective 4.619). Access to pool area now controlled with pass code; guests will get a pass code when they get their parking pass.
Now a non-smoking building! Smoking is not allowed in the condo NOR on the balcony areas. There are smoking areas under the East and West garage ramps, and at the East end of the building in the grilling area.
Winter bookings: We will only book Jan. and Feb. together as a two month block. The VRBO Instant Booking system will allow you to book less than two months but we will not honor shorter bookings.
