The beautiful Gulf of Mexico is located out the front with a private beach and two gazebos just across West Boulevard. The road is a two lane with very little traffic. This resort sits on Little Lagoon and has a lot to offer. It is perfect for fishing, boating, jet skiing, crabbing or sitting on one of the two private boat docks sun bathing. You are truly right in between Little Lagoon and the Gulf of Mexico!
Our non-smoking, one-bedroom, one bath unit is waiting for you. We are located on the fourth floor. The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a view of Little Lagoon. The kitchen is fully-equipped with all of the conveniences of home. While cooking, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Gulf. The den has a queen-size sofa sleeper, 55 inch flat screen Smart TV. The large balcony is great for relaxing and listening to the surf, while enjoying the beautiful gulf view. There is a washer and dryer in the unit.
The beautiful tropical pool setting is awesome. The swimming pool is clover shaped with a waterfall. There is a children's pool and a soothing hot tub. The lush landscaping, beautiful palm trees, and lagoon view makes this like no other complex. You can watch the Beautiful Sunset as you cook out on one of the charcoal grills by the Lagoon. There are picnic tables for your convenience. After dinner enjoy a game of tennis on one of the two lighted tennis courts or a game of shuffleboard. We have a boat ramp and two private piers. This is Simply The Best Deal in Gulf Shores!

Upon arrival, you will need to go to the office and purchase a parking permit for your stay. It is $20.00 per vehicle.
If you bring a boat, you will need to purchase a $20.00 parking permit for your stay. You can launch it at the property.
Upon your check out, the maid will clean and check the unit for any damage. When you arrive home, you will need to mail my key back to me. Once everything checks out and I get my key back, I will mail your security/damage deposit back to you if you rented directly from me. If you rented through VRBO, they will refund your deposit back to your credit card.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you have to cancel your reservation, you will forfeit your $150.00 security/damage deposit.
If you cancel 60 days prior to your check in date, you are responsible for the full amount unless I am able to rent the unit.
