The pet fee is a flat $50 per pet per stay. Extra guests are charged at $20 per night per guest if you exceed 14. After your reservation is made we will need to have your ID on file by emailing or texting a picture your Driver's License to us. We will also need to establish a security deposit in the amount of $500. Your Rental Agreement must also be signed and returned to us before access to the property is given. We only allow Saturday to Saturday dates during PEAK SEASON SUMMER.
