A PRIVATE beach area on Little Lagoon with a hammock, tables, chairs, and a canoe so there is plenty of room for relaxing, swimming, and fishing. The property is very private with beautiful professional landscaping that looks and feels like a resort!
There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor each with a king bed. There are 3 bedrooms on the upper level; master bedroom with a king bed with an attached bonus bunkroom that sleeps 5 kids, second upstairs bedroom a king bed along with a folding bed in closet. The third bedroom has 2 queen beds. There is also a pack n play, high chair for a toddler. Great room has a 56” HDTV with Netflix, free high speed internet, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. Recently remodeled kitchen and dining area, with a table for 10. Freshly painted throughout, updated new lighting and shiplap accent walls.
It is bright & modern with beautiful peaceful views of the lagoon and pool from all the terraces.
Little Lagoon is 12 miles long and about one mile across and offers great boating, awesome fishing, and is fun to explore. Bring your boat, watercraft, or kayak and add a whole new experience your beach trip. There is plenty of parking for the cars and boat. The pristine beach on the Gulf is just a 5 minute walk or you can put your gear in the car and park right at the public access site. You will love this place!
