Easy walk to the bayside private beach- 100 feet from your deck. Note: Our two-story dock on bay is normally shared with one other home that we own as well next door. Discuss with property manager if sharing this dock on occasion is of interest to you. If you like more "waves" and wish to experience the Gulf Beach as well, you are free to ALSO walk across the street over our special private beach easement. Bring your beach chairs and enjoy the gorgeous Gulf beach. No hassles with parking, permits, etc.

We also have a dining alcove, for small intimate dinners.
