Huge windows with bay views everywhere in the soaring 18 foot high living room. Well equipped kitchen has everything. Large laundry room with washer/dryer and sink. Free wifi internet & 3 large flat screen TVs. Huge bay-front deck with covered and open areas. Covered deck on south side has view to Gulf beach. Plenty of chairs and lounges on the decks with eating tables. Charcoal grill available outdoors underneath roofed area, with view of water.
PRIVATE Pier with 1-story dock / sundeck. Private sugary sandy and wide beach with the best location on the bay side. This is the last house on the street and there is a long stretch of beach to the east that has no docks and very few people. Depending on size of your boat, bring it along. Enclosed outdoor shower under house. Covered concrete parking pad under house. This is the Pet-friendliest place you will find. Sundeck has latched gate to contain dogs. Get the pups out on the beach 100 feet from your back door.
The bay side is out back, but that's not all!!! You can also enjoy sun and fun by walking to PRIVATE half acre Gulf-front lot directly across the street. Walk over our special "easement" for our guests only! It's fantastic, so relaxing and simple Have both sides of the island during your getaway! There is NO other house on the island that gives you such a quick, private walk access to BOTH the bay and the Gulf!
Bedrooms: 2 Kings, 1 Full, 2 Twin, Futon. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and light-blocking window treatments with black-out backing. You will not be woken by unwanted sunlight at the crack of dawn.
The Master bedroom is on the main level and has a King bed, TV, double vanities and full private bath along with a sliding door to the sundeck.
Also on the main level is a smaller bedroom with a Full sized bed and a private walk-out to the Gulf-facing deck. There is half bath next door to this bedroom.
Upstairs is a huge loft/parlor area with another TV that overlooks the entire open-floor plan downstairs and has great water views to the bay and sound.
Also upstairs are two bedrooms and a full bath with tub/shower. One bedroom has a king bed and TV. The other has a pair of twin beds. Both have walk-in closets and water views to the bay.
